Job Purpose:

Director Marketing  will be responsible for the complete marketing  strategies of the Riphah / IIMC-T/ Max Projects /RHS. This will include designing, executing and reporting. Director Marketing will work closely with the Executive Director to ensure the activities are aligned with organization’s long-term objective. Director Marketing  will also be responsible for managing the team and resolving any internal and external conflict to ensure smooth operations.

  • Responsible for the innovative strategies to raise the profile, branding and performance of the Trust/university/Max Projects and RHS and presenting it to Executive Director, Managing trustee and the Board
  • Develop plans and implement marketing campaigns by overseeing outreach activities.
  • Develop, revise and agree student recruitment targets to achieve overall admission targets.
  • Understand and account for trends and changes in the macro and microenvironment.
  • Develop a culture of marketing and communication excellence across the Trust/University/Max Projects and RHS
  • Finalization of Budget in line with Mission, Vision , Expansion , branding and outreach of the organization.
  • Develop an annual calendar of all recurring marketing  communications/activities
  • To ensure the profile of the Trust/university is high through effective use of social media and the website.
  • Deliver effective competitor analysis for all areas of the Organization.
  • To act as brand guardian and ensure that all materials produced are consistent with the brand.
  • To develop parent liaison channels, ensuring that word of mouth comments is positive.
  • To represent the organization both within and outside the Trust/university for national and international events.
  • To build links with Relocation Agents, local businesses and networking organizations through events, personal visits and representing the Trust/university at relevant forums.
  • Represent the university and attend relevant events held within and outside the Organization.
  • Higher level interfacing & Relationship building with HODs, Deans, VC, Director level people in Marketing, Admissions, Finance.
