Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Jul 3, 2021)

  1. Acting as the first point of contact e.g., dealing with personnel’s/employees and attend phone calls.
  2. Managing diaries in terms of dictation and minutes.
  3. Act as a point of contact for organizing events, conferences, workshop, seminars of the department often controlling access to the manager/executive.
  4. Reminding the Director and Head of the departments regarding important tasks and deadlines.
  5. Responsible for compiling and preparing reports, presentations and correspondence with managing databases and filing systems.
  6. Liaising with faculty, staff, and other department members.
  7. Handle queries from other departments and respond appropriately.
  8. Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.
  9. Responsible for scheduling appointments, maintaining an events calendar, and sending reminders.
