Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Feb 3, 2023)

  1. Developing moderator guides and designing surveys.
  2. Provides leadership and guidance in all aspects of the project life cycle.
  3. Takes a lead role in monitoring the identification and development of strategic goals.
  4. Responsible for overall project of Gulberg Greens including construction and timelines.
  5. Involves, as appropriate, the project team to achieve project goals.
  6. Manages project development on a strategic level for organization.
  7. Grows long-term relationships with SU & allied departments/campuses and capitalizes on partnership opportunities.
  8. Ensures that the project planning, scheduling, and allied aspects were incorporated.
  9. Scope verification and validation for the consultants and allied teams would also be ensured.
  10. Applicability of the byelaws developed / promulgated by the governing bodies to be followed to ensure projects achieve smooth running towards their targeted completion without any hindrances.
  11. Overall accountable for project execution and profit and loss of multiple contracts.
  12. Oversees senior managers and managers working on client engagements within projects and organization.
  13. Reviews high-level deliverables related to Construction, renovation projects across organization.
  14. Provides leadership to organization & allied projects in all campuses and hospitals.
  15. Develops, implements, and maintains sound organizational / departmental practices.
  16. Develops and implements strategic objectives for department that are aligned with the organization’s strategic initiatives.
  17. Review’s status reports of Project Managers and Senior Managers and addresses issues as appropriate. Enforces standard policies and procedures.
