Job Description (total positions: 1, posted on: Feb 3, 2023)

  1. Overseas the administration of the company’s LAN & WAN.
  2. Ensure smooth network operations.
  3. Assist in planning and implementation of regional infrastructure.
  4. Network inventory management.
  5. Ensure in time network troubleshooting and network up gradation.
  6. Servers’ administration and troubleshooting, Wan links, LABs, WIFI Access points.
  7. Vendors and service providers dealing.
  8. All technical assignment required to perform tasks is to be provided by IT manager in Central IT and Al Mizan Campus.
  9. Oversees troubleshooting, system backups, disaster recovery and provide expert support when needed.
  10. Oversees all telephony changes.
  11. Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware, and IT related supplies.
  12. Ensure company assets manage responsibly.
  13. Overseas all service desk activities at university level.
  14. Any duty assigned by the IT manager in the scope of the job.
