Job Experience:

Required a minimum of 2 - 4 years of relevant experience with Strong Interpersonal skills, organizing skills, Strong Analytical skills, Administration skills, Strong Negotiation skills, Supply Chain Management, Procurement Processes, Inventory Management, Stock Taking, Forecasting, and Budgeting. Strong knowledge of ERP systems / SAP will be preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Search for prospective suppliers/manufacturers and execute quarterly procurement plans and establish work priorities, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Maintains, carries out, and is responsible for the procurement of local construction material/medical equipment as well as imports items.
  • Obtain and analyze quotations and negotiate total cost elements for assigned portfolios.
  • Preparation of price comparative statements and monitoring the allocated budget.
  • Conducting Market Survey as and when needed and Maintain Quality Assurance of vendor list.
  • Supporting projects in procurement related matters and assessing market fluctuation and acting accordingly.
  • Keeps a database of suppliers and conducts regular searches for alternatives.
  • Processing of requisitions on SAP software and negotiations with the approved bidder(s), in the light of directions by the approving authority, about the rate and other terms & conditions of the contract.
  • Preparation of purchase agreement /service agreement /contracts and Co-ordinate with various sections and third parties for on time delivery and Advises suppliers of defective goods delivered and arranges necessary follow-ups.
  • Monitor vendors’ performance (quality, delivery times, etc.) and communicate results internally and externally as necessary.
  • Check invoices to ensure the correct price, follow through to ensure that materials ordered have been received.
  • Responsible for the purchase of goods and services including suppliers’ transaction, item definition and quantities, delivery and payment follow up.
  • Checks invoice, delivery receipts and other papers and submits them for payment along with necessary internal documentation of software.

Salary Range:

Rs. 50,000/- to Rs. 60,000/-
