Job Qualification: M.Phil. or Master’s in education or relevant discipline from HEC recognized institute
Job Experience: Minimum 5 years relevant
Job Responsibilities:
- Standard Scheme of Riphah Mentoring:
- Design and development of the scheme
- Design & development of the tools (manuals, forms, formats, reading material, etc.)
- Design and development of the qualitative assessment and evaluation of the scheme in departments
- Ensure implementation and smooth execution of the standard scheme
- Execute qualitative assessment & evaluation in departments
- Liaison with the Campus Tarbiyah Managers/Heads and the Tarbiyah Managers to ensure the effective and efficient execution of Mentoring Sessions in departments/faculty
- Design and Develop the Modular Training for the mentors as per requirements of the Standard Scheme of Riphah Mentoring.
- Design & develop the character building and life skills (interactive and hands on) training for the students.
- Supervise the Riphah Quran Society Activities
- Train Mentors and students as a Resource Person
- Execute the quarterly meeting of Tarbiyah Managers’ Coordination Council as Convenor
- Design, Develop and Implement the Tarbiyah Projects.
