Meet annual targets by the HOD.
To work to appropriate targets as set by the Dean/Director of the university to secure a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students.
To teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy
Employ innovative teaching strategies and facilitate experiential learning during the lessons.
Challenge thinking, foster debate and develop the ability of students to engage in critical discourse and rational thinking
Supervise student projects, field trips, and, where appropriate, placements.
Continue to develop your own teaching strategies and facilitate empirical learning during the lessons
Execute monitoring of 15 to 20 students as per Riphah Mentoring Program
Any additional duty assigned by HOD within the scope of this job.
