Job Qualification:

• MBBS (preferred)/BDS/PharmD/MSc Nursing/Masters Health Sciences/MS or above in healthcare management/Quality/Safety and Certification of CPHQ, C++S will be preferable.

Job Experience:

• 7 to 8 years of experience in health / hospital / project management position
• 4 to 5 years of experience working in quality and safety (preferred)
• 1 to 2 years of experience in managing a team (preferred)

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop & execute the strategic plan of RIHIS
• Develop, manage & monitor departmental budget
• Develop Quality and Safety work-plan for RIHIS and prepare quarterly and annual evaluation of the plan.
• Develop proposals for a variety of audiences for implementation, development, and management of programs designed for improving healthcare quality and safety.
• Designing training programs for all levels of healthcare and develop their toolkit and conduct these trainings.
• Oversee all conference related activities before, during and after the conference for ICPS (and other workshops seminars) conducted by RIHIS.
• Oversee all marketing and outreach activities including website and social media activities.
