Job Qualification:

• Master’s degree in any health-related field or MBBS/BDS

Job Experience:

• 4 to 5 years of relevant experience in planning, conducting & publishing health research and conducting research trainings/activities

Job Responsibilities:

• Create and implement best practices, vision, strategy, policies, processes and procedures in research for the department.
• Responsible for planning and executing all research projects/proposals, from initial identification, concept development to execution.
• Conduct basic statistical analysis, literature search & report writing.
• Develop ideas for research studies & research collaborations.
• Develop and maintain good relationships with internal and external contacts at all levels including other universities and research institutes.
• Conduct training sessions on research.
• Manage all the work & activities related to RIHIS Journals.
• Work as a focal person to communicate and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
