Responsibility/Task(s)
1. Overseas the administration of the company’s LAN & WAN.
2. Ensure smooth network operations.
3. Assist in the planning and implementation of regional infrastructure.
4. Networks inventory management.
5. Ensure in time network troubleshooting and network up gradation.
6. Servers administration and troubleshooting, Wan links, LABs, WIFI Access points.
7. Vendors and service providers dealing.
8.All technical assignments required to perform tasks is to be provided by IT manager in Central IT and Al mizan Campus
9. Overseas troubleshooting, system backups, disaster recovery and provides expert support when needed.
10. Overseas all telephony changes.
11. Manages the purchasing of all software, hardware and IT-related supplies.
12. Ensure company assets manage responsibly.
13. Overseas all service desk activities at university level.
14.Any duty assigned by IT manager in the scope of the job.
15.Overseas the administration of the company’s LAN & WAN.
