We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Revenue Assurance Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring revenue streams, conducting in-depth analysis, and implementing robust processes to safeguard the company’s revenue. This role requires collaboration with various departments and a focus on ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Monitoring: Regularly monitor revenue streams, billing systems, and financial reports to identify discrepancies or potential revenue leakage.
  • Analysis and Reporting: Conduct detailed analysis of revenue data, identify trends, and produce reports that highlight potential risks and areas for improvement.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with departments such as billing, finance, and IT to design and implement processes and controls that minimize revenue leakage and enhance revenue assurance.
  • System Audits: Perform periodic audits of billing systems, customer accounts, and related financial systems to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies.
  • Revenue Assurance Controls: Develop and implement revenue assurance controls aligned with industry standards and best practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment on revenue assurance objectives and strategies.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to revenue and billing.
  • Training and Development: Train and mentor junior staff on revenue assurance practices and systems, fostering a high level of competency within the team.

Job Requirements:

  • University degree with part or qualified in CA, ACMA, or CPA.
  • Solid understanding of Local Laws, Regulations, International Accounting Standards, and company policies.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and SAP S/4 Hana.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and provide support when needed.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build cross-functional relationships at all levels within the company.
