Core Responsibilities & Duties:

• Initiate, facilitate, and moderate classroom discussions.
• Prepare and deliver curriculum to students on assigned subjects and its topics. Hold lectures and discussions on topics ranging from basic nursing skills to complex medical, ethical and practical issues.
• Participate in planning, organizing and executing HEC curriculum for the Nursing Program.
• Participate in departmental and team meetings.
• Keep abreast of developments in their field by reading current literature, talking with colleagues, and Prepare course materials such as syllabus, Lesson plans, Case Studies, assignments, and handouts.
• Supervise, evaluate and mentor students in the classroom, lab, and clinical settings.
• Adheres to university policies and procedures.
