We are seeking an experienced and result-driven Finance Manager with a strong background in the real estate industry. The successful candidate will oversee all financial aspects of real estate projects, including feasibility studies, cash flow management, costing, budgeting, and compliance with laws and regulations. This role also requires expertise in financial reporting, risk management, and strategic planning to support the company’s growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Feasibility Studies: Conduct and present detailed feasibility studies for potential real estate developments, including financial modeling, ROI analysis, and market research.
• Cash Flow Management: Manage project-specific and corporate cash flows, ensuring liquidity and financial stability across all real estate ventures.
• Costing and Pricing: Oversee the costing of real estate projects, ensuring accurate estimation, pricing strategies, and profitability analysis.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets for real estate projects, providing accurate forecasts and aligning them with long-term financial goals.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all financial activities are compliant with real estate laws, regulations, tax codes, and corporate policies.
• Variance Analysis: Prepare and analyze variance reports to monitor budget performance, identifying discrepancies, and recommending corrective actions.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate financial risks associated with real estate investments and operations.
• Stakeholder Communication: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including investors, developers, and legal teams, to provide financial insights and support decision-making.
• Audit and Compliance: Coordinate with auditors and ensure accurate financial documentation and compliance during internal and external audits.

Job Requirements:

• CA / ACCA qualification
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management within the real estate industry.
• In-depth knowledge of real estate financial practices, laws, regulations, and industry trends.
• Strong analytical, strategic planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in financial software, ERP systems SAP S/4 Hana and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
