Job Experience:
A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in delivering specialized training on Microsoft Teams, Teamflect, and Excel. Hands-on training experience/training certifications.
Job Responsibilities:
- Needs Assessment: Collaborate with department heads to assess training needs and create targeted programs that enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Content Development: Design and develop customized training materials, guides, and presentations tailored to the needs of different departments.
- Training Expertise: Deliver comprehensive, hands-on training sessions on Microsoft Teams, Teamflect, and Excel to employees across various strategic units.
- Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel to various locations as required, providing in-person training and support to teams.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and best practices in Microsoft Teams, Teamflect, and Excel, ensuring that training content is current and relevant.
- Support & Follow-up: Provide ongoing support to employees post-training, answering questions and offering additional guidance as needed.
- Reporting & Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from training sessions to continuously improve the training experience and report on the effectiveness of the programs.
