To supervise all civil construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with project plans, safety regulations, and quality standards. The civil works Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the efforts of construction teams and subcontractors, addressing any technical or logistical issues that arise, and ensuring that the project progresses on schedule and within budget. This role is crucial for maintaining high standards of workmanship, safety, and efficiency throughout the construction process.

Job Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily on-site construction, Renovation and extension activities.
• Ensure that construction work is executed according to project plans, BoQs specifications, and contract requirements.
• Reporting project progress on daily basis and site impediments. Document any changes or variations to the project scope and ensure proper approvals are obtained.
• Reporting on-site issues and resolving as per the decision of HOD.
• Implement and enforce quality control measures to ensure that all construction work meets the required standards and specifications.
• Coordinate with construction teams, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project operations.
• Conduct safety meetings and training sessions to educate workers on safe practices and procedures.
• Any additional tasks as assigned by the Supervisor/Competent Authority.
