Coordinate with academic departments to ensure accurate program-specific criteria and seat allocations.
Monitor application trends and implement strategies to enhance enrollment conversion rates.
Manage the inquiry response system (in-person, phone, email, social media), ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to prospective students.
Maintain accurate records of applicant data, trends, and outcomes
Support outreach efforts such as school/college visits, educational expos, open house events, and digital campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to promote university programs.
Ensure adherence to admissions policies, merit criteria, and quotas as per HEC and institutional regulations.
Handle complaints, grievances, and exception cases with professionalism and integrity.
Assist in regular process audits to enhance admission workflows and applicant satisfaction.
