To provide operational and administrative support in executing the universitys internationalization strategy, particularly for student exchange programs, institutional partnerships, and international guest visits. The coordinator plays a vital role in ensuring the timely and efficient processing of outbound applications, internal communication, and support for international engagement activities.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (preferably in International Relations, Business Administration, Education, or a related field).
  • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in university administration or international student affairs. Experience in event coordination and student-facing roles is desirable.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
  • Organized and detail-oriented with good time management.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and capable of handling data entries and reports.
  • Familiarity with visas and exchange-related documentation is an advantage.

Responsibilities
  • Outbound Student Coordination and Support: Assist in managing the end-to-end application and nomination process for outbound students.
  • Support students in visa-related procedures and documentation.
  • Maintain communication with students throughout the exchange process.
  • Coordinate with faculty-level Internationalization Champions to ensure smooth flow of applications.
  • Internal Stakeholder Engagement: Assist in planning and facilitating engagement sessions across faculties.
  • Build and maintain working relationships with faculty focal points and departmental staff.
  • Ensure follow-up on documentation from applicants in line with management directives.
  • Events & Outreach Coordination: Assist in the preparation and organization of pre-departure briefings, orientation sessions, and international engagement events.
  • Provide logistical and administrative support during seminars, workshops, meetings, and while hosting international guests.
  • Marketing & Communication Support: Assist in developing promotional and information materials including brochures, flyers, and digital content.
  • Coordinate with the design or marketing teams for printing and distribution of materials.
