Riphah Healthcare Services is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to enhance our healthcare services through effective quality assurance and process improvement strategies.

Job Requirements:

• MBBS/PharmD/B.Sc. Nursing with MS in TQM/ Healthcare Management/ Public Health.
• Postgraduate diploma in TQM/ Quality & Patient Safety/ Healthcare Quality & Hospital Management/Quality Assurance or other certifications in Quality would be a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare.

• Implement and maintain Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Monitor and evaluate adherence to healthcare quality standards and patient safety protocols within clinical and administrative processes.
• Conduct internal audits and risk assessments to identify areas for quality improvement across healthcare operations.
• Collaborate with healthcare staff and management to develop corrective action plans addressing quality gaps and compliance deviations.
• Collect, analyze, and report quality data to support continuous improvement initiatives and regulatory submissions.
• Stay updated on healthcare regulatory changes and implement necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to promote awareness and understanding of quality standards and patient safety practices.
• Support accreditation processes and readiness by providing documentation and evidence of quality compliance.
• Assist in the review and revision of clinical protocols, guidelines, and quality manuals to align with current best practices.
• Engage in patient safety initiatives to reduce risks and enhance the overall patient experience within healthcare facilities.
• Prepare detailed reports for senior management to communicate quality performance and compliance status.
• Work independently to manage quality assurance tasks and support multidisciplinary teams in delivering high-quality healthcare services.
