Consultant SAP HCM, responsible for overseeing and managing all front-end HCM(SAP) and providing support to the organization employees.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelors/ BS(CS) degree from HEC recognized university/institute.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience.
• Proven experience as an SAP-HCM Consultant or similar role.
• Understanding of SAP-HCM module processes and functionalities.
• Proficiency in ABAP programming for debugging purposes.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA is a plus.

• Configure, customize, and implement SAP-HCM modules to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with HR and business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into SAP-HCM solutions.
• Provide technical and functional expertise in SAP-HCM processes, including personnel administration, organizational management, payroll, time management, and employee self-service (ESS).
• Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure the quality and functionality of SAP-HCM solutions.
• Debug and resolve issues related to SAP-HCM configurations and processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation for SAP-HCM configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Conduct training sessions and provide support to end-users to ensure effective utilization of SAP-HCM modules.
• Collaborate with other SAP module consultants (e.g., FI, CO, MM) to ensure seamless integration and process flow.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SAP-HCM developments, best practices, and industry trends.
• Participate in SAP implementation projects, upgrades, and enhancements as needed.
