Riphah International University is seeking a knowledgeable and motivated Demonstrator for our Dental Education program. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of medical and dental education and be passionate about nurturing future dental professionals. This position calls for an individual who has a solid foundation in curriculum development, student-centered teaching methods such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Team-Based Learning (TBL), as well as effective assessment tools and techniques. The Demonstrator will engage with students in a collaborative environment, fostering an atmosphere of learning and inquiry. Although this role does not manage a team, it offers an opportunity to shape the educational journey of students through hands-on teaching experiences and support in their academic pursuits, thereby contributing to the overall success of the Dental Education program.
Responsibilities

• Design and prepare comprehensive instructional materials and curriculum content to enhance the learning experience of dental students.
• Deliver engaging lectures and hands-on demonstrations in various dental topics, ensuring the use of effective teaching methodologies.
• Facilitate student learning through active participation in class discussions, problem-solving sessions, and practical demonstrations.
• Implement student-centered teaching methods such as Problem-Based Learning (PBL) and Team-Based Learning (TBL) to promote critical thinking and teamwork among students.
• Utilize diverse assessment tools and techniques to evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback that aids in their learning process.
