To be responsible for patient receiving and handling, general, scheduling, telephone skills, typing, documentation skills, verbal communication, written communication, dependability, attention to detail, official correspondence skills etc.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelors / B. Com, Professional training in Front Desk.
- Experience 1-3 years (Fresh with good interpersonal and client service skills may be considered).
Responsibilities - To receive patients in pleasant and polite manners.
- To prepare OPD or admission as hospital policies and procedures.
- To record the patient's data in the OPD or IPD register and in the hospital software.
- To prepare the following reports daily: Cash Receipt Summary Sheet (QF-FIN-002), Daily OPD statement (QF-MKT-001)
- To submit the daily OPD cash in the finance Office along with the Cash Receipt Summary.
- To update the data in HIMS as and when required.
- Will be the custodian of the office material & and upkeep accessories.
- Will report any problems to the head of the department / HR department.
- To follow Islamic and medical ethics as per IIMC-T mission statement.
- To ensure and implement healthcare quality and patient safety as per the approved organizational policies and procedures.
- To participate in any other task assigned by management based on business needs and requirements.
