Job Qualification:

BS or MS in computer sciences, CCNA, HCNA, CCNP, HCNP

Job Experience:

A minimum of 3 to 5 years of relevant experience

Job Purpose:

The primary purpose of this role is to oversee and manage the overall IT operations of the campus, ensuring the seamless functioning of network devices such as routers, switches, firewalls, wireless hardware controllers, and WIFI devices. In addition to maintaining and optimizing these network components, the position involves supervisory and management tasks related to internet connectivity for students and staff, arranging meetings with appropriate audio-visual support, and meticulously maintaining inventory records. The overarching goal is to create a robust and efficient IT infrastructure that supports the educational and administrative needs of the campus

Job Responsibilities:

1. Contribute to the strategic planning and execution of infrastructure projects for campuses and the Data Center.
2. Enforces network administration protocols at the university level, aligning with directives from Top Management.
3. Aim for and sustain high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction.
4. Manage the IT administration of campus networks, LAN, and WAN systems.
5. Ensure the seamless implementation of approved policies and procedures endorsed by Senior Management.
6. Enforce and ensure compliance with ISO 27001 standards.
7. Manage and update inventory in accordance with supervisory guidelines.
8. Guarantee uninterrupted network operations for optimal performance.
9. Engage with students and staff across all levels to resolve IT-related issues promptly.
10. Supervise troubleshooting, systems backups, archiving, and disaster recovery, providing expert support as needed.
