Riphah International University is seeking a proactive and skilled Manager of Outreach to lead the development and execution of comprehensive outreach strategies. The ideal candidate possesses 4 to 7 years of experience and demonstrates exceptional abilities in project management, communication, relationship building, and strategic planning. This role involves identifying and engaging key institutions, communities, and organizations to establish collaborative partnerships that align with the universitys mission. The Manager of Outreach will coordinate various outreach activities, events, and community engagement initiatives to increase awareness and strengthen the institutions presence. Although this position does not include direct team management responsibilities, the role requires close collaboration with multiple departments including marketing, design, and external partners to deliver effective outreach campaigns and ensure consistent messaging.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement outreach strategies that align with the goals and objectives of Riphah International University.
- Identify and prioritize potential institutions, communities, organizations, and partners suitable for collaboration through detailed market segmentation and mapping.
- Build and nurture strong and sustainable relationships with schools, colleges, universities, non-governmental organizations, industries, and community stakeholders.
- Represent the university at various events, meetings, and networking opportunities to promote partnerships and outreach initiatives.
- Negotiate and finalize partnership agreements and outreach collaborations to maximize impact and mutual benefits.
- Plan, organize, and execute outreach events including seminars, orientations, workshops, and awareness sessions focused on engagement and stakeholder education.
- Coordinate logistical arrangements, prepare presentations, and manage communication materials to ensure the smooth and professional delivery of all outreach events.
- Support the marketing and design teams by providing input for developing outreach materials, presentations, and promotional content while ensuring adherence to brand guidelines.
- Assist in launching and sustaining community campaigns and engagement initiatives to increase stakeholder involvement and awareness.
- Track and analyze outreach performance metrics such as leads generated, conversion rates, and engagement levels to assess the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Prepare and present detailed weekly and monthly reports highlighting outreach progress, challenges, and insights for senior management.
- Leverage data-driven insights and field feedback to recommend improvements in outreach strategies and operational processes.
- Maintain and utilize Customer Relationship Management tools and data analysis software to enhance outreach activities and stakeholder engagement.
- Coordinate with vendors and utilize event management software to ensure efficient execution of outreach events and campaigns.
- Employ tools such as Microsoft Project, Microsoft Teams, VoIP, and SIP protocols to facilitate communication, project tracking, and collaborative activities effectively.
