Strong understanding of HR systems as business owner, Able to lead and mentor, Strong problem solver, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical ability & good attention to detail, Assertive and able to handle difficult situations effectively and strong knowledge of Pakistans labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes.
Job Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of proven track record at managerial or senior level in Human Capital. Expertise in HCM Operations, Data Analytics, Labor / Employment Laws. Having strong knowledge of HR systems, SAP HCM knowledge and SHRM/CIPD certification will be preferred. Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to HR industry will be a plus.
