1. Meet annual targets assigned by the HOD.

2. To work to appropriate targets as set by the Dean/Principal of the University to secure a high-quality teaching and learning environment for students.

3. To teach assigned courses as per faculty workload policy.

4. Continue to develop own teaching and learning skills and contribute to the planning of teaching programs.

5. Employ innovative teaching strategies and facilitate experiential learning during the lessons.
