To assist the Registrar in ensuring the implementation of academic rules, regulations and policies of the University.
To assist the Registrar in ensuring the smooth conduct of the meetings, proposing their schedules and arranging the agenda items.
Archiving of minutes of the meetings, rules, regulations, and curricula etc., which were approved by the University Authorities and regulatory bodies from time to time, and other office records.
To assist the Registrar in making internal (within the University and external) correspondence (which includes correspondence with the accrediting and regulatory authorities like HEC, PMC, PEC, PCP etc.)
To assist the Registrar in making notifications regarding implementation of decisions made by the University Authorities from time to time.
To assist Registrar in the process of student’s registration.
To coordinate with the university’s departments for the follow up of registrations and other tasks.
To assist Registrar in preparing and implementing the academic calendar
To assist the Registrar in preparation of different statistical reports for HEC, and other regulatory authorities.
Supervision of the reporting staff members
To assist the Registrar in the conduct of Convocation and other mega events.
Drafting of minutes of the meetings.
Keeping of University Common Seal, and Blank Degree Forms and their records.
Data gathering and preparation of reports on demand of external as well as internal authorities.
Any other task assigned by the Registrar.
