Design and development of the Tarbiyah scheme.
Design and development of the tools (manuals, forms, formats, reading material, etc.)
Design and Development of the qualitative assessment and evaluation of the mentoring scheme in departments.
Ensure implementation and smooth execution of the standard mentoring scheme.
Execute qualitative assessment and evaluation in departments.
Liaison with the Campus Tarbiyah Managers/Heads and the Tarbiyah Managers to ensure the effective and efficient execution of Mentoring Sessions in departments/faculty.
Design and Develop the Modular Training for the mentors as per requirements of the Standard Scheme of Riphah Mentoring.
Design and develop the character building and life skills (interactive and hands on) training for the students.
Manage and organize the Faculty Colloquium in departments (all regional campuses).
Supervise the Riphah Quran Society Activities.
Train Mentors and students as a Resource Person.
Conduct the quarterly meeting of Tarbiyah Managers’ Coordination Council as Convenor.
Design, Develop and Implement the Tarbiyah Projects.
