  • To purchase goods according to requirement.
  • To make PDD for the projects.
  • Comparing and evaluating offers from suppliers
  • Researching potential vendors.
  • Make Purchase Order for the goods and follow the payments of vendors.
  • Maintain the FAR sheet.
  • Negotiating contract terms of agreement and pricing.
  • Review quality of purchased products
  • Monitor stock levels and place orders as needed
  • Coordinate with store keeper to ensure proper storage
  • To maintain the records like; petty cash, petty purchase, Purchase Requisitions, Purchase orders, cost comparative statements etc. 
  • To working on financial budget for purchasing.
