Head of Dealer (Channel Partner) Network – Real Estate

The Head of Dealer Network in the real estate sector is responsible for developing, managing, and scaling a high-performing network of channel partners, including brokers, agencies, and independent sales associates. This role ensures that the partner ecosystem drives sales, maintains brand integrity, and supports the companys expansion and customer acquisition goals.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, or Real Estate (MBA preferred).
  • 8 to 12 years of experience in real estate sales, channel management, or dealer development.
  • Strong understanding of the residential/commercial real estate market and broker ecosystem.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and data analysis tools.
  • Ability to travel across regions and manage remote teams/partners.

Responsibilities
  • Channel Strategy & Development: Develop and implement a strategic roadmap to expand and strengthen the channel partner network across key geographies.
  • Identify and onboard new brokers, agents, and partner firms aligned with the companys market strategy.
  • Segment partners and define engagement models tailored to different tiers or regions.
  • Partner Enablement & Performance: Set performance targets and manage KPIs for channel partners.
  • Provide partners with the tools, training, marketing support, and technology platforms needed to drive conversions.
  • Conduct regular partner reviews to evaluate pipeline health, deal closures, and market feedback.
  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with top-performing brokers and agencies.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for key partners, resolving escalations and ensuring a seamless sales experience.
  • Conduct regular partner events, seminars, and recognition programs to maintain engagement.
  • Compliance & Brand Standards: Ensure all partners adhere to regulatory, legal, and brand standards in presenting and selling real estate inventory.
  • Monitor partner conducts and intervene in cases of misrepresentation or unethical practices.
  • Sales Collaboration & Market Intelligence: Work closely with internal sales, marketing, and project teams to align inventory positioning, incentives, and pricing strategy.
  • Gather and analyze market insights from partners to inform product, pricing, and promotional decisions.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Maintain accurate records of partner activities, lead performance, and deal closures.
  • Use CRM and sales analytics to generate reports on channel health, sales velocity, and conversion ratios.
