Riphah International University is seeking a highly motivated Procurement Executive to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Identify, evaluate, and engage with suppliers to establish effective procurement strategies that align with our organizations objectives.
- Negotiate favorable terms and conditions with suppliers, focusing on cost-effectiveness while maintaining quality standards.
- Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, purchasing, and contract management, to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
- Utilize procurement software and ERP systems to streamline processes, maintain procurement records, and analyze purchasing data to drive strategic decisions.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders to enhance collaboration and communication.
- Monitor supplier performance and compliance with contract terms, addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to determine procurement needs, budget constraints, and specifications for products and services.
- Prepare and present procurement reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics, expenditure analysis, and opportunities for cost savings.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends in the procurement market, potential suppliers, and strategies to optimize purchasing processes.
- Ensure adherence to organizational procurement policies and industry regulations while maintaining ethical standards in all procurement activities.
