  • Coordinate with academic departments to ensure accurate program-specific criteria and seat allocations.
  • Monitor application trends and implement strategies to enhance enrollment conversion rates.
  • Manage the inquiry response system (in-person, phone, email, social media), ensuring timely and accurate information is provided to prospective students.
  • Maintain accurate records of applicant data, trends, and outcomes
  • Support outreach efforts such as school/college visits, educational expos, open house events, and digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with marketing and academic teams to promote university programs.
  • Ensure adherence to admissions policies, merit criteria, and quotas as per HEC and institutional regulations.
  • Handle complaints, grievances, and exception cases with professionalism and integrity.
  • Assist in regular process audits to enhance admission workflows and applicant satisfaction.
