Riphah is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Assistant Manager / Deputy Manager – Payroll / Compensation and Benefits to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing compensation structures, payroll processes, and employee benefits programs while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations.
Job Requirements:
- MBA/master’s degree in HRM background from HEC recognized institute.
- 6 to 8 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits or Payroll Management.
- Hands-on experience with SAP/ERP, or payroll software preferred.
- Knowledge of Labor legislation and statutory compliance.
- Strong analytical and communication skills.
Responsibilities:
- Manage compensation & benefits operations, including payroll coordination, salary reviews, and benefits.
- Develop and implement compensation packages across various departments.
- Ensure compliance with Labor laws/Social security/Health Insurance and internal HR policies.
- Provide guidance to employees on compensation, benefits, and employment regulations.
- Maintain accurate data in SAP/ERP or payroll systems and support monthly payroll processing.
