Job Requirements:

  1. Hold a Masters or equivalent degree, preferably in finance and accounts.
  2. Possess a sound understanding of customer ledgers, invoices, receivables, refunds, and doubtful debts.
  3. Demonstrate proven experience as a customer support specialist, preferably within a similar environment.
  4. Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role will be a distinct advantage.
  5. Exhibit excellent oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  6. Display strong conflict resolution abilities and maintain impartiality.
  7. Be open to constructive criticism and aligned with our universitys values.

Job Responsibilities:

  1. Efficiently manage the day-to-day operations of the department to ensure seamless functioning.
  2. Handle and resolve escalated fee-related customer issues.
  3. Implement and optimize customer support processes to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  4. Keep the team informed about the latest information related to products, procedures, and industry trends.
  5. Assess support statistics and generate detailed reports based on your findings.
  6. Supervise and evaluate ongoing training efforts within the team.
  7. Conduct performance evaluations and adhere to the disciplinary process in line with Riphah policy.
  8. Manage the fee collection budget and targets effectively.
  9. Foster improved inter-departmental and cross-functional collaboration.
