Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Executive Academics professional with at least one year of experience to support and advance the institutions academic programs. The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating academic schedules, maintaining detailed student records, and facilitating smooth communication between students, faculty, and administration. This position requires strong skills in curriculum development, academic research, educational policy, and student affairs to ensure compliance with institutional and regulatory standards. The Executive Academics role is crucial in supporting faculty with course planning and documentation, contributing to the universitys commitment to delivering high-quality education and fostering an effective learning environment. In this role, the Executive Academics will handle various administrative and academic tasks that support the overall academic operations without managing a team. The professional must possess expertise in Student Information Systems (SIS) and conflict resolution techniques to maintain accuracy in academic data and address any issues that arise. By ensuring timely academic reporting and adherence to educational policies, the candidate will play an integral part in the academic success of both the university and its students.
Responsibilities

  • Coordinate academic schedules, including timetables and class arrangements, to optimize resource utilization and support academic activities.
  • Maintain comprehensive student records, attendance, and academic data accurately within Student Information Systems to ensure up-to-date information.
  • Support faculty members in course planning, documentation preparation, and curriculum development to enhance academic program quality.
  • Facilitate clear and effective communication among students, faculty, and administrative departments to promote transparency and cooperation.
  • Assist in preparing academic reports and ensure compliance with educational policies and university guidelines.
  • Monitor and update academic policies to stay aligned with institutional standards and educational regulations.
  • Resolve conflicts arising from academic scheduling or student concerns using appropriate conflict resolution techniques.
  • Collaborate with various departments to support student affairs initiatives, enhancing student engagement and satisfaction.
  • Contribute to academic research projects or initiatives aimed at improving teaching methods and curriculum effectiveness.
  • Utilize Student Information Systems efficiently to generate reports, manage data, and support decision-making processes.
