  • Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and gaps.
  • Conduct surveys, interviews, and assessments to gather data on training requirements.
  • Design and develop training programs and materials that align with organizational goals.
  • Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and seminars, both in-person and virtually.
  • Develop evaluation tools to measure the effectiveness of training programs.
  • Analyze feedback and make necessary adjustments to improve future training initiatives.
  • Assist the Senior Manager Training in leading the training team and fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Maintain accurate records of training activities, participant progress, and outcomes.
  • Prepare reports for management on training effectiveness and areas for improvement.
  • Recommend innovative training solutions and technologies to enhance learning outcomes.
