2. Ensure that all customers receive excellent service and resolve any customer complaints in a professional and courteous manner.
3. Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for customers, including the cafe, kitchen, and outdoor seating areas.
4. Monitor and control inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels.
5. Implement and maintain high standards of quality, presentation, and safety in all aspects of cafe operations.
6. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall cafe experience.
7. Train and develop cafe staff to ensure that they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide excellent customer service and maintain high standards of quality and safety.
8. Manage cafe finances, including handling cash, operating the point-of-sale system, and managing budgets.
9. Maintain accurate records and reports, including sales data, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
10. Work closely with the Management to achieve cafe goals and objectives, and to identify and address any areas for improvement.
