Job Requirements:
- MS/MPhil from HEC recognized university/institute.
- 2 to 4 years of relevant experience, preferably in teaching, training and/or educational resource development. Prior experience in an educational institution will be an advantage.
- Strong communication and facilitation skills.
- Learning material and resource development.
- Organizational and coordination skills.
- Interpersonal and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Note: The candidate must be comfortable commuting between campuses located in Rawalpindi and Islamabad, and occasionally to campuses in other cities.
Responsibilities - Design and develop training and learning materials for student and faculty development programs.
- Facilitate faculty and student development programs.
- Deliver workshops, training, and orientation sessions across campuses (for both students and faculty).
- Take lead in planning and managing logistics for key events, campaigns, and departmental activities.
- Liaise with internal stakeholders for smooth execution of departmental initiatives and activities.
- Represent the department in institutional meetings when required.
