Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Executive to enhance our healthcare services through effective quality assurance and process improvement strategies.

Job Requirements:

• MBBS/PharmD/B.Sc. Nursing with MS in TQM/ Healthcare Management/ Public Health.
• Postgraduate diploma in TQM/ Quality & Patient Safety/ Healthcare Quality & Hospital Management/Quality Assurance or other certifications in Quality would be a plus.
• At least 1-2 years of relevant experience in healthcare.

• Develop and implement quality assurance protocols and standards in alignment with healthcare regulations and best practices.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of healthcare processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to gather and analyze data related to patient care and operational efficiency.
• Prepare detailed reports on quality metrics and present findings to relevant stakeholders for better decision-making.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops for staff on quality improvement practices and patient safety initiatives.
• Actively participate in the development of quality improvement projects aimed at enhancing patient outcomes.
• Research and integrate innovative quality management techniques and tools relevant to the healthcare sector.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented quality initiatives and provide recommendations for modifications as necessary.
• Serve as a liaison between different departments to foster a culture of quality and continuous improvement within the organization.
• Stay abreast of the latest trends, regulations, and advancements in quality assurance and patient safety in healthcare settings.
