As a Lecturer in Food Science and Technology, you will be responsible for teaching undergraduate and graduate courses in Food Science and Technology and related subjects. Your duties will include developing course materials, laboratory manuals, and assessment tools, as well as supervising student projects, laboratory work, and research activities. Additionally, you will participate in curriculum development, accreditation, and quality assurance processes, conduct research, and contribute to scholarly publications. Providing academic advising and mentorship to students, and supporting departmental, faculty, and university initiatives will also be key components of this role.
