Riphah International University is seeking a dedicated Demonstrator & Senior Lecturer specializing in Behavioral Sciences and Clinical Psychology. This role involves delivering high-quality education through lectures and practical demonstrations, supporting curriculum development, and assessing student performance. The candidate works closely with academic departments to ensure the delivery of up-to-date and effective educational content as per the policies set by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC). The ideal candidate possesses at least two years of relevant experience in academic teaching and research, demonstrating a strong commitment to student development and academic excellence. This position requires proficiency in designing and delivering engaging course materials, evaluating student progress, and guiding learners through their academic journey without managing a team. The selected candidate will contribute to curriculum enhancement initiatives, applying their expertise in clinical psychology and behavioral sciences to foster critical thinking and professional skills among students. A solid understanding of educational best practices and regulatory requirements is essential to uphold the university’s standards and support its mission in higher education.

 

Responsibilities

• Deliver lectures and practical demonstrations in Behavioral Sciences and Clinical Psychology according to course curricula.
• Develop and update curriculum content to align with the latest academic and professional standards.
• Assess and evaluate student academic progress through assignments, examinations, and practical assessments.
• Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students to support their learning and professional development.
• Collaborate with faculty members to integrate interdisciplinary approaches within the curriculum.
• Ensure compliance with the regulatory requirements set by the Pakistan Medical and Dental Council (PM&DC).
• Conduct research and contribute to scholarly publications in relevant fields to enhance academic reputation.
• Participate in academic meetings, workshops, and development programs to stay current with educational methodologies.
• Support the examination process including preparation, administration, and grading of assessments.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, performance, and feedback for institutional reporting.
