Riphah is seeking an accomplished procurement leader to head enterprise-wide procurement and supply chain operations across its healthcare, higher education, hospitals, construction, technology, and corporate businesses. We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Director Procurement to lead procurement, supply chain, contract management, and sourcing functions for one of Pakistan's most significant education/healthcare projects.

Eligibility:

• Master's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, Finance, or a related discipline
• Professional certifications such as CIPS, CPSM, ISM, or CSCP will be an advantage
• Minimum 15 years of progressive procurement experience, including 7 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven experience in education/healthcare, large infrastructure projects, or multinational organizations

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute enterprise-wide procurement strategies
• Lead procurement for educational campuses, hospital construction, medical equipment & operational services
• Establish robust procurement governance and compliance frameworks
• Drive cost optimization and operational efficiency
• Build strategic supplier partnerships
• Lead digital procurement and supply chain transformation initiatives
