Riphah International University is seeking an experienced Manager or Senior Manager for its Human Resources department. 

JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Master/MBA degree (local/International) in HRM background from HEC recognized institute.
  • SAP HCM experience is a plus.
  • Understanding Academia will be preferred.

Al skills and strong understanding of HR systems as business owner, Able to lead and mentor, Strong problem solver, Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, Strong analytical ability & good attention to detail, Assertive and able to handle difficult situations effectively and strong knowledge of Pakistan's labor laws, tax regulations, and employee benefit schemes.

JOB EXPERIENCE

Minimum of 10 years of proven track record at managerial or senior level in Human Capital. Expertise in HCM Operations, Data Analytics, Labor / Employment Laws. Having strong knowledge of HR systems, SAP HCM knowledge and SHRM/CIPD certification will be preferred. Understanding of labor laws and compliance related to HR industry will be a plus.


Responsibilities
  • Contribute to developing organization wide HR strategy.
  • Designing and implementing organization HR policies.
  • Supervising Payroll and Benefits (Payroll, EOBI, Social Security, Health & Life Takaful Fuel Cards etc.)
  • Manage different sites HR Operations through dedicated HR resources.
  • Manage and update Master data of employees in SAP HCM
  • Compliance of HR policies and procedures and responsible for all HR audits and regulatory requirements
  • Manage digital copies of employee personal files in SAP HCM
  • Manage organization's HR systems (SAP HCM, Fiori /Employee portal, performance management system etc.).
  • Preparation of organization wide HR budget, and its controlling and Monitoring.
  • Manage and update workload for different units.
  • Addressing employees' queries (e.g., on compensation and labor regulations).
  • Work on standardization of KPIs and evaluating key HR metrics for monitoring performance.
